This gauge was delivered very promptly as advertised and is the most accurate tire gauge I have ever owned. My truck emails me when my tire's air pressure is the slightest bit low and with this Accutire digital gauge it makes it easy to verify exactly how many pounds of pressure is needed for safe driving conditions and also aids in saving fuel when my tires are properly inflated. I purchased this style tire pressure gauge and it work well for about 8 months before it stopped functioning. My assumption is that the battery died. In my opinion this type of device should have a longer service life than 8 months. This same tire pressure gauge design is also sold under the brand name monkey grip.

I have had this gauge for a couple of years but had noticed significant differences between it and other gauges. Recently I did a comparison between three gauges including a certified master gauge in a tire shop. My gauge was reading 4 psi too low - a significant deviation for a 32 psi nominal pressure.

I bought three of these - all three didn't work straight out of the package - they only give a reading of -0.0 and nothing else. I should have read the reviews. Of course Amazon doesn't stand behind this product except to give credit for purchase, so it hardly makes sense to return them considering that I'll pay for postage twice more...
